Option 2: Do not remove the wall-mount basketball system. The inspection was performed, and you have been advised of the removal recommendation, including that the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has determined this product to be a potential hazard that can result in serious injury or death if installed with inadequate load support. Please sign below that you were advised by the inspector to remove the wall-mount basketball system and do not want it removed.

Option 1: Repair the wall-mount basketball system by adding the two reinforcement brackets. The inspection was performed, and you have been advised that the product can be repaired. Please sign below that you were advised by the inspector that the wall-mount basketball system can be repaired, and you want the repair completed (today, if brackets are on-site).
